Raynelle, as she was several times before, browsing in the library. This came as a surprise to anyone that knew her. They all reacted the same, noone had thought that this dark, seemingly twisted girl would enjoy literature to any extent. Raynelle became used to the reaction after awhile. Right now, she was browsing the fiction section, looking for books from her favorite author, once called the master storyteller in reviews for one of her favorite books, Stephen King. Luna loved to read yes, but horror novels were the best, which did fit her personality. Dean Koontz was her second favorite, close to first, but none beat the king.
After spending at least half an hour in the library, Raynelle frowned. She wasn't having much luck with any books by King, which, in her opinion, was one of the stupidest moves the library in this place could make. Raynelle sighed, she would have to wait for a chance to get into town and head to Borders bookstore. For the moment, Raynelle would settle for old favorite when she was really young, the one and only Harry Potter. Raynelle grinned, remembering how she used to pour over this series. Now Raynelle pulled out an old favorite. Harry Potter and The Goblet Of Fire, and sat in one of those comfortable plush chairs and began diving into her memories.
A few times Raynelle giggled to herself at parts of the story she remembered and knew she laughed at before. "My Gods i'm happy I picked this." Raynelle thought with a grin. This seemed to be one of her better days so far, though she still wished she had found a good horror novel to borrow for awhile, maybe read a bit at a time in her dorm. Raynelle loved her dorm, but then again what child of Hades wouldn't? She continued to read until she heard a noise near her.
