Overall:; Delaney loves to switch things up. She's either keeping (or redying) her hair it's natural blonde color or she's has it dyed chocolate brown, like it is currently. Her hair, no matter what color it is, is very long and straight...usually. She also can make it slightly wavy, depending on her mood. She has curves in all the right places and long, thin arms and legs. She has a very angular face but it's still rounded. Laney has prominate cheek bones and a small nose. Her eyes are wide and hazel. Her style can be really dressed up but to describe her everyday style in one word, it's elecletic. She has a rocker edge of her dress and likes to experiment with make-up styles.

Quirks:; Cursing in German (her mother was fluent in it and she taught her a lot of German...she learned the curses somewhere else)
Secrets:; She's still a virgin, even though she talks the talk.
Overall:; When you get to know her, Delaney is a very sweet young woman. When she smiles, it seems to brighten up her face so it seems she's glowing, when she's really happy. She cares greatly about her friends and animals because "she has a large heart", as her mother use to always say. She would never stab a true friend in the back. When you get passed her enthusism, she's a very sweet and kind girl. She's a very loyal friend to all. She holds friendship in very high regard. She has a very quick temper and it can flair up with the slightest thing. Usually, Laney only lets people see the sexy, flirty side of her. She seems like the perfect party girl, who is always seen with a drink in her hand and ready to have fun. She flirts with almost every guy around her age (or some times a little older). She'll make out with them but that's as far as she'll go. She's waiting for the right guy to go all the way with. She hopes he comes along one day.

Overall History:; Isobel Yearley was a young, beautiful girl from a small town who just wanted to experience life. She moved to New York City and entered the club scene. She quickly became a bartender and all the guys liked to flirt with her because she was pretty and not what you'd expect to see in a Village club. One day she met a handsome young man and the planets were aligned. That man was Dionysus, god of wine, wine cups, wineskin, grapes, theater, and fertility. Quickly, Issy was head over heals for him. They were together two months when Issy discovered she was going to have a baby, his baby. Suddenly, a decree of Zeus made Dionysus leave Isobel before she could tell him she was going to have his child.
Isobel was heartbroken. When a daughter was born, she could only see him when she looked at her daughter. She named her daughter Delaney Skyler Yearsley. She raised Delaney as a single mom until her daughter was six. Then she married John Jasper. He wasn't a very nice man and he wanted nothing to do with Delaney. He was too busy with his own children Mikayla and Edwin. Delaney grew up in the shadow of Mikayla and Edwin, since her step-father kept telling her she was worthless. He also liked to tell her she was "no child of his".
That went on for eight years. When Delaney was just about to turn fourteen. Her "step-father" and "step-siblings" died in a car accident and her mother was in critical condition. Laney spent a lot of time with her mom. Isobel Yearsley-Jasper held on for three months before passing away. Delaney was sent from family member to family member until no one wanted this wild child anymore. Finally, just before her seventeenth birthday, she was sent off to a school for people like her and was told the truth about her father. She is interested in meeting her father but knows gods aren't permitted to see their children so she's losing faith fast but she's holding on to her dream of being a world renowned performer.

as Buttercup of The Princess Bride fame from Avalon Academy
"Yes, well, I've learned not to feel at home unless you're there, simply something I had to teach myself a long time ago," Buttercup smiled weakly at that while still watching him flip through the papers. "It was the easiest thing to learn." she agreed, softly. Despite how upset she was now about the impending doom, I mean wedding, she felt more at home then she had in months with her Westley there. Things had not felt right without him there. No matter what she did, she just knew she would feel better the minute she and Westley were reunited and, for once, the Princess of Hammersmith was right. With Westley by her side, she felt complete, whole and she knew that she could face anything as long as he was with her. But how were they going to face this? She tried to figure out how but she couldn't find the answer in her pretty little head.
The Princess could tell he was feeling the same way she was. Confused, angry, hurt and many other things. How could the Florinese court do this to her? It was announced in Florin that the Princess of Hammersmith would marry someone of her own chosing...wasn't it? Her mother said that but maybe she forgot....which was unlikely. Her mother would have been telling anyone she can that her daughter was getting married. Her father would be the same way. But alas, maybe they were planning something. But her father had given her and Westley's wedding his approval and blessing. She didn't understand anything.
"I know, But there's nothing to worry about, love, dry your eyes." "Nothing to worry about?" questioned Buttercup, "You call an impending marriage to another man nothing to worry about, dearest?" She shook her head a bit. "I'd call it the very biggest thing to worry about now that you're back beside me and I don't have to worry about you at sea anymore." "So what if the powers-that-be have decided you've got to marry some entitleman? I'll tell you exactly what we're going to do. We're going to ignore it." She blinked a bit. "Ignore it, Westley?" she asked, "How do you suggest we do that, love? Since I can see no way we can. It's written there in black and white." She nodded towards the papers. "You and I, we're going to continue living exactly as we've been living, as if our wedding is the only one on the horizon, and before this comes along, I'll have found a way to get you out of it. Never fear, love; I'm sure I can think of something and in the meantime, don't stress yourself about it another minute. The prince will just have to understand you're already engaged to one man and aren't likely to take a second." "I will definately not take another." she told him, truthfully as more tears fell, "You're the only man I want." she smiled weakly at her beloved. "Can you really think of a way to get out of this mess, dearest?" asked the tearful princess hopefully. Then something he said finally caught her attention. He had said "our wedding". She smiled weakly again. "Our wedding, dearest? I like the sound of that. It seems so far off though..."
