Well, to start with, Kirk's a lad with strong, handsome features. Or so they say. He's got a nice, defined jawline, a straight nose, pale pink lips, and a generally neat appearance, excluding his hair, which is brown, short, and somewhat messy. Although he's tall, he's not very buff or intimidating really. He's rather slim, although it's lean muscle, and not fat. As for his clothes, well, he's not too concerned and it's generally random, but he does make sure that his threads suit him.

Overall:;
Kirk's the guy who seems to be everyone's best friend. He's funny, outgoing, confident, and charming. He has a great sense of humor, and he's never afraid to try anything new. He loves being with other people, and maybe even showing off his skill at music a bit. He loves the arts, sports, and performing very much, and he hopes to be able to carve out a career for himself in one of those fields.
He's also very ambitious, and he won't settle for anything less than "very good". Not perfect, because perfection's boring. He wants to live his life to the fullest, and hesitation is not in his vocabulary. Because of his ambition, he can be a bit pushy at times, and some people don't understand why he turns serious when at serious affairs. After all, most of the time he's all smiles and laughter. Still, he has a more serious side to complement his usual cheery demeanor.
As a friend, he's always around for everything. Parties or just a friendly chat in a cafe somewhere. He makes a lot of friends, and he likes to keep them around him at all times. He really doesn't want to be left alone. Maybe it's insecurity, maybe he just likes people. Probably the latter.

Parents:; Mark Andrew Dorrans and Alice Jane Lansbury
Siblings:; Matty and Jenny
Martial Status:; Single.
Overall History:;
Well, Kirk was born in London, and he grew up there. He lived a normal life, although his mum and dad were constantly fighting, he was too happy to care as a child. He was born to a rich family, and he was spoiled in everyway. Also, their wealth was the reason for the constant conflicts between his father and mother, as Mark never worked while Alice did, and although they had money, it was beginning to vanish due to the high cost of spoiling and supporting three lively kids. Still, love was very much present between parent to child. Just not between husband and wife.
It all started to get serious though, when Matty died because of a rare disease that killed his lungs. Treatment was very expensive, and was only accessed by a fortunate few. In her despair, Alice blamed Mark for being a lazy bum, and Kirk, who got along very well with Matty, agreed with her. So the two of them packed up their bags suddenly, in a furious rage, and moved in with their family across the pond in Chicago.
That's where Kirk really grew up. Hating the thought to be anything like his dad, he strived to excel, to live his life. He was popular, a good student, and athelete. He also had an uncanny gift for music, and he always seemed to know how his friends were feeling, even though they hid it. He considered these to be lucky traits of his, only to discover that they were actually gifts from Greek gods. Yes, he found out directly from them.
It was a normal day really. Scored a few goals, and then went to a party and all those fun things. When he got home, however, there were to strangers at his house that were so very... different. One was handsome and tall and had a heavenly voice, while the other was beautiful, and looked caring and motherly. Well, they broke the news, and his mother, who had been told previously, could only nod in a slight state of shock.
Well, that's that. He was shipped of to the Acedemy. Or University. Whatever. He found many other "Gifted" people like him, and well, he's enjoyed himself immensely so far...

"Paolo!"
It was a happy tone, an excited call to the boy who was standing on the beach, looking at the sun. Paolo, slightly confused and surprised, jumped. He asked the sun loudly, "Can you really talk?". Instantly, he realized that what he did was stupid. Blushing slightly at his mistake, he looked around, hoping that nobody heard his outburst. He saw Kore, who was looking very pretty indeed with her skinny jeans and white shirt. He smiled, though the hint of pink hadn't left his cheeks even after seeing that it was only Kore who heard his stupid question, in fact, it coloured his face up even more.
"Hey Kore!" Paolo shouted, turning around to face her. He was excited at her sudden appearance. He walked to her, leaving the waves and the shore to their eternal embrace. As he approached her, he could feel the sun's gentle touch on his body, and he relished it as the heat touched his bare torso. "I was just hanging with the sun." He told her loudly and proudly, not caring that he might be thought of as a crazy person because of his strong bond with the source of light and heat for them.
His excitement at her appearance, as well as the confidence brought to him by the sun, led Paolo to kiss Kore's right cheek. The kiss was quick and friendly, as if it was intended to be a greeting, but when Paolo realized the implications of his actions, he blushed. Oops, maybe I shouldn't have done that... I though you were on my side! he thought accusingly to the sun.
After an awkward silence, he decided to press on. "Erm, anyway...Aren't those clothes a bit too hot?" Paolo asked, still blushing, indicating Kore's jeans and shirt which seemed uncomfortable to wear in this heat. "The sun's in magnificent form today, and you should catch some rays while you have the chance." He told her, smiling lightly. I wonder if she has a swimsuit under those clothes...
"So... do you want to hang out with me?" Paolo asked, smiling at her invitingly. Surely, she can't refuse the offer to have fun at the beach, to relieve stress and whatnot. "It'll be good for ya, promise!"
